Your consultant can help you create a strategic plan by aligning your future goals and creating a plan of how HR Solutions can support you in achieving them.

Our 90-day plan shows what we aim to work on when you first join us. We will also work with you to discuss and agree an ongoing HR strategy for the longer term, that we will then work with you to deliver.

With unlimited advice, and a full review, including ongoing updates to your documentation you can rest assured that we have you covered. For further peace of mind our Employment Protection Cover will pick up the defence and award if a tribunal claim so long as our advice has been followed

Building on this strong core we are able to support your business efficiently in all aspects of HR, and assist your organisation as it grows and transforms. To demonstrate compliance, and make sure you are up to date with current legislation, we will review and update your employment contracts and policies and procedures, making recommendations and creating additional policies will bring you an extra level of protection.

You will receive advice on all employee relations cases, from managing performance to disciplinary, dismissal and grievance, TUPE and redundancy support where needed, including all relevant documentation and letters.
