Victoria is our HR Knowledge Manager. This means that she is responsible for all of the content that is produced including, policies, helpful documents, our webinar programme and the new SME Video Series

JULIET COATES, CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
Juliet is our Client Services Manager. Juliet explains how rewarding working in a joint role can be.
After joining the company as an HR Advisor, before becoming an HR Consultant Juliet is now in her third role as Client Services Manager.
ROB COPPILLIE, SENIOR HR CONSULTANT
Rob is one of our many HR consultants, providing guidance and support for a number of clients.
Rob previously worked for large companies and enjoys being able to speak regularly with the CEO which means that his requests are dealt with much more efficiently.

We understand the importance of work-life balance and have a very social team who love to have a good get-together!
From escape rooms, to BBQs, festive meals to bowling, we regularly organise social events for the team to get to know each other better, especially for those working remotely. We also organise bake off’s, cooking competitions and other fun things in the office.
Our Employee Engagement Group helps to organise these events, as well as finding local volunteering options for our team to get involved with, and use up one of their volunteering days.
