Victoria, CIPD Level 7 qualified, joined HR Solutions in September 2019 with a background in employee relations within FCA-regulated businesses. Since joining, she has been promoted from HR Advisor to HR Knowledge Manager. Additionally, Victoria is a qualified Mental Health at Work First Aider, providing support for employees facing mental health issues or emotional distress.

Her HR career began with a work experience role in an HR department during college. Six months post-graduation, she joined the same company as an apprentice HR administrator. Victoria pursued her CIPD qualification while working and graduated in 2003. Previous HR roles have given her experience within an Education Trust working with academy schools, BGL (known for the Meerkat ads), Barclaycard, Northgate HR Outsourcing, and RCI.

Over her 7 years at RCI, Victoria advanced through various HR positions, becoming a qualified HR Advisor upon completing her CIPD. Her career later shifted to outsourcing, focusing on Employee Relations. At BGL, she progressed to HR Management roles, then returned to a generalist HR role after maternity leave.
