With previous admin experience, Rachel works closely with our clients who have our HR database to ensure that all their needs and the needs of the employees are met.

Rachel is somebody who thrives off social interactions and was therefore drawn to HR due to the people- facing nature of the role, where she gets to help both her colleagues at HR solutions and the clients that we have. This is Rachels first role in her HR career and as a highly ambitious individual, she believes this is the best place to start out, growing and benefiting from the knowledge of so many of the other HR professionals that surround her at HR Solutions.

Rachels previous role was as an Archiving Assistant for one of the UK’s leading forensic service providers. This unique and interesting experience contributed to Rachels skills, where she learnt a lot about the importance of accuracy and confidentially especially in a fast-paced and sensitive environment.
