HR Solutions, has appointed a new Customer Services Executive.
The appointment of Yana Arif (pictured first on the left) follows HR Solutions’ recent run of award nominations for customer service excellence. The company was a finalist at the Northamptonshire SME Awards last month in the category of Service Excellence after demonstrating ‘outstanding assistance and advice to those who buy or use the organisation’s services’. This was preceded by making the final three out of over a hundred businesses for the Customer Commitment Award at the inaugural Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce Awards in September. HR Solutions was recognised as a business with ‘a focus on customer service and care’ who ‘demonstrated excellence and commitment in the ever-important area of customer service’.
HR service excellence, trust and legal compliance
Yana, who has a background in recruitment and training, will work with HR Solutions’ clients to ensure that their requirements are continually met in relation to HR retainers, administration, payroll, e-learning and policy compliance services, as well as making sure they’re kept informed about upcoming seminars and free monthly webinars.
