As part of HR Solutions’ ongoing commitment to service excellence, we are pleased to have appointed Yana as Customer Services Executive.


Yana is here to ensure that all our clients get the very best out of the services that we provide them. She liaises with our clients to ensure that their requirements are continually met in relation to our HR retainer, administration, payroll, e-learning and policy compliance services as well as making sure they’re well informed about upcoming seminars and the free monthly webinars.

Yana gained over ten years experience within recruitment and training which has inspired her to study towards a CIPD Level 5 and pursue HR as a career path. She was formerly a Talent Manager within the technology sector. Her transferrable skills as well as international experience gained in Germany, and San Francisco prove to be advantageous for her customer services role at HR Solutions.

Yana graduated from a Russian State University with a Science Teacher’s degree and is also a certified Fitness Instructor. In her spare time Yana enjoys mountain biking.

What’s the best bit of advice you’ve ever been given?

If you improve by 1% each day, within a year you’ll have improved by 365%.

What's your favourite book?

The Art of Thinking Clearly by Rolf Dobelli is probably one of my favourite books. It is easy to read and fun.

What do you wish other people knew about HR Solutions?

At HR Solutions the security and confidentiality of customers is paramount and robust. As a newly joined member of the team I was amazed at how thorough the company was with my data security training. To gain trust and become a reliable member of the team I had to pass numerous online tests and learn a lot about different aspects of data protection and security.
