Juliet Coates, Client Services Manager

After joining the company as an HR Advisor, before becoming an HR Consultant Juliet is now in her third role as Client Services Manager.

Rob Coppillie, HR Consultant

Rob is one of our many HR consultants, providing guidance and support for a number of clients.

Rob previously worked for large companies and enjoys being able to speak regularly with the CEO which means that his requests are dealt with much more efficiently

Be part of an amazing team

We are a very social team and love to have a good get-together!

From escape rooms, to BBQs, festive meals to bowling, we regularly organise social events for the team to get to know each other better, especially for those working remotely. We also organise bake off’s, cooking competitions and other fun things in the office.

Our Employee Engagement Group helps to organise these events, as well as finding local volunteering options for our team to get involved with, and use up one of their volunteering days.

P.S. we even have bring your dog to work days! What more could anyone want?!
