We commit to respond to your email enquiry to our helpline within one working day, and to your phone call within two working hours. 

It is our standard procedure to confirm all advice given by email. The total time spent dealing with your enquiries, including preparing the summary emails, updating the details of your enquiries, following up open enquiries and providing any reports you request on your helpline usage will be recorded against your account. 

Any use of our helpline for the benefit of other parties, whether for payment or not, is not authorised unless you hold a Partnership Agreement with us. Our liability is limited to our individual subscribers, not to any third parties to whom the information is passed on. 

Please note: these hours are strictly for helpline queries and cannot be used for special projects unless we agree in advance. 

Also note: any other helplines accessed directly or indirectly via this website may be subject to the payment of separate charges for which you will be responsible.
