As an HR Consultant, Louise’s role is to provide advice and support to HR Solutions’ clients in relation to any employee matters they may have.
Louise is CIPD Level 5 qualified and is responsible for supporting HR Solutions clients via our HR Advice Line. She is experienced in advising clients on an array of topics including flexible working, probation, conduct, performance management, parental leave and absence management. She also supports our HR Consultants with policies, contracts and handbook reviews as well as additional project work such as redundancy, TUPE, grievance and disciplinary cases.
Prior to joining HR Solutions, Louise’s past two roles were also in a HR capacity at The Curve Group and Breezemount Ltd. She has always had a passion for helping people; when she finished university she was unsure about what she wanted to do, but while job searching a HR administrator role came up which instantly caught her eye; and the rest is history. Louise aspires to continue to progress in her HR career; with a passion and willingness to offer support on new opportunities to expand her knowledge.
Louise enjoys travelling within the UK and abroad; including Brighton, Norfolk, Aberdeen, Australia, Vietnam, Barcelona, Croatia and Norway. She loves running race distances from 5km up to marathons and even 100-mile events. Her dream is to run a sub 3 hour marathon.
