Laura’s HR career started as an Administrator for a Pharmaceutical company, where she covered maternity leave. Her passion for HR led her to a nine-year tenure in the company, evolving from an HR Administrator to Head of HR, and now an HR Consultant. Renowned for her relationship-building and strategic problem-solving skills, Laura has consistently excelled in her roles, demonstrating a strong track record in HR.
