Tracey Riley has gained considerable HR knowledge through advisory roles in a wide range of industries.

Her HR career started with a leading industrial automation provider, where she worked for twelve years and trained her way up to senior management level. She joined the BusinessHR team in 2004.

Over the course of her career Tracey has been involved in several business restructuring projects and acquisitions. She doesn’t just devote her time to the big projects though, and has maintained her work at an interpersonal, employee relations level. When she is not helping BusinessHR clients Tracey operates as HR Leader for a major aerospace company in a role that allows her to build upon her front-line HR experience in a unionised environment. She is also a key member of the Policy Development Group for the UK.

Tracey lives in Staffordshire, not far from her home town of Wolverhampton. She spends her spare time baking and creating celebration cakes and encouraging a variety of birds and local wildlife into her garden.
