Juliet joined HR Solutions in September 2016 as HR Advisor, and quickly established herself in this role before being promoted to Senior HR Advisor and then to HR Consultant. Juliet has since been promoted to Client Services Manager in December 2020.

As well as a Business Degree specialising in HR & People Management, Juliet brings over 10 years of HR experience gained in a variety of industries such as Food, Retail, IT Consulting, Manufacturing, Charity, and most recently an Employment Law Consultancy.

Juliet covers a very generalist scope of HR issues, and loves the variety of different cases and queries that come her way, she especially enjoys researching the more obscure queries and topping up her knowledge by keeping abreast with all recent case law to ensure the advice she provides is compliant with employment law and best practice.
