HR CONSULTANTS

HR Solutions are looking to further expand their network of HR Consultants to provide Interim HR Consultants to our clients as well as working on HR projects.

HR Solutions is a well established HR Consultancy business that offers HR advice and support and full outsourced HR services to a wide range of clients.

We are therefore looking for professional, commercially focused and professional HR Consultants to provide a professional HR service to allocated clients, supporting their management teams as well as developing policies and procedures.

The Role
The successful candidates will provide a comprehensive operational HR service as agreed with each client.

You will be able to proactively contribute to the HR service provided, developing relationships with each client and functional teams to understand the needs of their business.

This role will require a true skilled generalist with a requirement to provide support to our clients on all HR matters relating to areas such as Learning & Development, Change Management, Resourcing Planning, Performance Management & Development, Employment Relations, Talent Management, Reward & Retention and Recruitment & Selection.

The Person
You must be at least MCIPD qualified with proven generalist HR experience gained at senior level within a variety of sectors to ensure a rounded perspective on the provision of HR, where you have developed best practice initiatives.

You must also have a broad knowledge of HR and be a confident communicator adept at developing effective relationships quickly in varying situations and be adaptable to work both in SMEs and larger organisations working closely with varying levels of staff within our clients’ organisations who are receptive and appreciative of professional and pragmatic HR support.
