Our Client is a leading Contract for Difference (“CFD”) and margined FX provider to retail, professional and institutional investors looking to trade in international and domestic financial markets. They have vast experience in the financial Industry and use the latest technologies to provide the best services to their global clients.
They are now looking for a Senior FX & CFD Dealer to add to their team.
Senior FX & CFD Dealer – Role Description
The Senior FX & CFD Dealer’s duties will include managing the firm’s book and market exposure, intraday reconciliation and financial reporting, risk management, client analysis, broking and executing client orders as well as general administrative duties. The senior dealer will report to the CEO with the possibility of becoming one of the company directors if a high level of performance is proved.
Senior FX & CFD Dealer – Key Responsibilities
The senior FX & CFD Dealer role entails the following responsibilities:
Dealing:
- Monitoring and advising the other dealers on best practice in executing client’s orders
- Hedging company exposure base on approved risk levels
- Monitoring legal and illegal trading activities; churning and snipping as well as abusing offers; zero overnight interest, hedging possibilities.etc
- Ongoing review and update of client’s black list.
- Releasing and exercising futures products
- Reviewing company dealing policies and cooperation with legal/compliance to update company Terms & Conditions
- Client’s categorisation reports
- Products technical specification sheet
- Products dealing specification sheet
- Client’s trading manual on both platforms
- Configuration sheets for both platforms
- Monitoring price feeds and comparing between different providers
- Monitoring competitors trading terms, policies and pricing quality
- Monthly commissions and cash rebates reports
- P&L reports and analysis
- Reconciling client’s deposits and withdrawals
Regulatory/Compliance (GENPRU and BIPRU sections of the FSA handbook):
- Designing risk levels base on regulatory requirements and on-going discuss of these levels with the CEO and other board members
- Monitoring company minimum capital requirements base on regulatory requirements
- Submitting regulatory reporting requirements
Other:
- Updating the company website on related info
- Live chat and online support with clients and website visitors
- Negotiating commercial terms with hedging counterparties
- Coordinating with sales and marketing when required
