Managing a redundancy process is often very complex, with statutory minimum processes needing to be followed including consulations, and formal hearings.

HR Solutions works with organisations to help mitigate the need to make compulsory redundancies, but where alternatives have been exhausted and there is a need to make redundancies we work with out clients to ensure that the process followed is compliant with legislations as well as providing a swift resolutions to organisations requirements.

We also offer assistance to affected employees through offering support in securing further employment with CV and interview workshops.
