Companies often find EAPs useful in referring employees to call and use the services after a period of sickness absence, or where they appear to not be themselves but don’t want to discuss issues with their line manager or colleagues.
An EAP is usually made up of Telephone and/ or Face to Face Counselling and typically provides advice on the following components:

- Illness
Users are will also be provided with access through a web-portal to guidance documents and advice online.
