At HR Solutions we are keen to ensure that we continue to meet the needs of all our clients. To do this we undertake an annual client survey to understand your views, as well as to identify ways to improve the services that we provide.

HR Solutions values all of our clients, and every year we conduct aClient Survey to ensure that we understand the needs of our clients, as well asto further develop our services to ensure that we continue to improve ourclients’ experience of working with us.

We appreciate the fact that our clients are very busy, after all that isquite often the reason why they have outsourced their HR requirements in thefirst place. We therefore wish to thankour clients who took the time to complete our 2010 Client Survey.

Meeting our clients’ expectations is something that we are keen toensure that we do, and we find the Client Survey a very useful tool to managethis feedback.

Our typical client services are focused on providing timely and expertadvice, and therefore the responses to these questions are of paramountimportance to us.

Response Times

Feedback on our response times has been very positive with a continued overall improvement against 2008 and 2009. We have taken on additional administrative staff to ensure that all calls to the office are answered, and where a consultant is not available messages are taken with the appropriate consultant calling back the client as soon as they are available.

Knowledge

HR Solutions provides all of our staff with access to training, and also to ensure that all HR Consultants attend regular employment law updates and briefings to ensure that we are up to date with the latest developments.

Professional

At HR Solutions we pride ourselves on our professional service which hasalso been acknowledged in the responses to our survey. With 100%of respondents indicating that we are either ‘professional’ or ‘veryprofessional’.

Onwardly Recommending HR Solutions

We are very fortunate that 100%of our clients that responded to our survey would onwardly recommend us toother organisations that were looking for HR Support.

In 2009 we introduced an incentive for clients who onwardly refer HRSolutions to others, and we are very pleased that there has been a take up ofthis, with several clients benefitting from a choice of activities includingweekend breaks and spa days.

Some of the reasons in our 2010 survey as to why they would onwardly refer us include:

  • Comprehensive assistance and very prompt response
  • Gives smaller companies peace of mind
  • You allow a manager to follow proper process without having to worry that it IS proper process

Value for Money

100% of our clients that responded to our survey indicated that we were either ‘good value’ or ‘extremely good value. We believe that this is a good indication that our clients believe that as a company HR Solutions is value for money.

As a Company HR Solutions has sought to be more efficient with internal resources which we have passed onto clients either through not increasing our rates, or through the increased service level experience.

Overall Summary

Our 2010 client survey has indicated that our clients believe that they get professional, knowledgeable and timely advice that is value for money. This is something that we are very proud of, and we will aim to maintain.

The survey has also provided areas for us to think about, and to improve on certain aspects, which we will be reviewing in more detail.

We would however like to thank all of our clients who took part in the survey.
